New Profile Screen

Use this screen to create an insurance company claim office profile.

Description of fields on the screen

Field Label	Description
Insurance Company	Select the insurance company from the droplist.
Copy From	Select this option to copy data from an existing profile Existing claim office for (the same insurance company) - This option copies profile data from another claim office profile of the same insurance company. Other existing claim office - Select this option to copy the existing claim office information to the new profile, and select the profile from the droplist. Repair facility profile for - This option provides the ability to copy profile data from the specified repair facility profile. Create a blank profile - This option provides the ability to create a claim office profile without copying profile data from another source. You must enter rates and rules manually.
Next	Select this option to save the information and moves to the next screen.
Cancel	Selecting this option closes the screen without saving.
